MID-LASER is one of the most flexible and professional laser systems on the market.

The MID LASER device 2.5 is the most flexible laser system on the market and is suitable for clinical, therapeutic use in diseases of patients from professionals in the field of medicine, physical rehabilitation and aesthetics.
It consists of:

MID LASER consists of a table unit (base unit) to which different laser handsets (laser probes) are connected. The base unit controls the system's drift function while treatment is performed with the laser handset. It can operate with all of the below-described laser handsets or with those extra that will be available soon on the market, such as the 980 nm one.

In other words, the table or mobile unit can operate with all types of diode laser that you will choose to buy and incorporate into the device for your patient's treatment.
Although the unit has a fixed table character, it is possible for the device to be transferred inside a bag in case of a home visit to a patient, working exactly as in the medical office.The unit has a powerful built-in rechargeable lithium ion-battery and can operate for a long time in a place without electrical supply.

FUNCTIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

MID-LASER 2.5 has four control buttons for each of the two different operating channels of each handset. These buttons control the laser energy input which passes into the patient’s body according to the point of treatment and the depth where is the patient’s problem,  such as a superficial treatment (skin sores, tendons), or to a deeper-lying problem (long joints and muscles).
All laser handsets that are connected to the base unit are affected by the amount of energy of laser light that we will allow to pass by them. This rate may in turn affect the result of the patient's treatment
Moreover, the device has control buttons to regulate the amount of energy per second and per cm2, so called Joules, as well as the frequencies that each handset emits. When the dosage setting has been passed into the patient's body, a beep sounds and we need to move the handset to the next treatment point.

DIGITAL OUTPUT INDICATOR OPERATING THE LASER HEAD

The device has an additional indicator that measures the output power of the handset purchased, in order to check that it operates as programmed and for the money that you have paid to buy it, since there are many lasers on the market advertised to emit hundreds of Watts of output power, without this ever happens.

DOUBLE DISPLAYS AND CONTROL PANELS

The dual digital display allows for individual setting and recording of different lasers stating what type or what laser wavelength has been used in treatment as well as the amount of treatment time and energy (joule).

JOULE SETTING

This setting allows the user to modulate the amount of energy per area (Joule/cm2) incident on the treatment point. When this happens, a beep is heard.

AUTOMATIC STOP OF LASER HANDSET EMISSION

The device has a mechanism that stops automatically the emission of light from the laser handsets after 10 minutes of operation. The stop of light emission is followed by a double sound when the period of 10 minutes has elapsed.

DOUBLE OUTPUT HANDSET LASER

A particularity that the table MID LASER device 2.5 features is the dual handset laser outputs. This is an innovation from Irradiain the world of laser therapy already from its previous models, because someone can connect two identical laser handsets to shorten the treatment time required in a therapy session.

An additional innovation of Irradia is the possibility of operating the MID LASER device 2.5 to work with two different types of laser handsets which can simultaneously emit not only at a different wavelength but also at a different pulse shape with different frequency and dose treating trigger points of the patient in a very flexible way.

PULSED LASER HANDSETS WITH ADJUSTABLE OUTPUTS

The innovations of the MID device LASER 2.5 are many. One of them is that we can adjust the output power of pulsed handsets from lower to higher. This applies to all pulsed laser handsets except the super-pulsed GaAs laser 904nm, where the output power remains unchanged and time has to be regulated instead. This function works well for someone who wants to regulate photon energy effect or dosage for a certain type of treatment.

SETTING THE TIME DOSOLOGISIS

The dosing time between each audio signal can be set to minutes or seconds making it possible to adapt the dosage to a certain type of treatment..

FINANCIALLY FLEXIBLE AND ADAPTABLE UNIT

The table MID LASER device 2.5 also features something very important.
